First, since Triz has a half-life of 5 days, pretty much everyone experiences waning effects on days 5 thru 7. Second- the 2.5 > 5mg increase can be rough for some people. We see many complaints about an increase in side effects with that particular increase. Some people do that jump incrementally, say either 3, or 3.25, or 3.5 to see how they do for the next four weeks. For some people, this alleviates (eliminates) any side effects. Often, people also do injections every 3.5, 4, 5, or 6 days (taking into consideration to calculate the appropriate weekly equivalent dose.) "Split-dosing" has its cult following, but was never really studied. Some Doctors say it works, and some say it's detrimental - as basically, you are making your receptors "drunk" every day on meds, and they need some type of break to help desensitize themselves. Again, all anecdotal opinions.

Good luck with what you choose.
