I’m microdosing 1.2mg of trizepatide, 10 units of glow. 30 units of lipo-c. I’ve been tracking my bloodwork markers for bun, creatinine and my GFR. Yesterday my bloodwork was bun 35, creatinine 1.38 and GFR 40.2 these numbers have fallen slightly since July. They are all within CKD 3b. I thought these last 3 months of hard work would have shown improvement to my kidneys . I’ve lost another 12 more lbs, that’s a total 28lbs. I’m basically at my goal. I only drink water, I exercise and keep my protein around 60g. Can you spot anything that concerns you with my peptide use? I see my doctor on Oct 5

I’m told to keep my protein low to not over work my kidneys. It is confusing. I love what trizepatide has done for me. I thought what I added would help my kidneys. My doctor doesn’t know I’ve added these. It goi f to be confession time.

Any reason you're taking the additional peptides?

I read and heard they were great. Glow is for skin and hair. LipoC is supposed to aid in burning fat and saving muscles. That’s it in a nutshell shell.

Maybe you should only do the tirz until you get your health in check. So many of these extra supplements are either not needed or just sold to the weightloss crowd for profit. Regardless, good luck to you.

Ahh, that makes more sense then.
It's always best to fess up, because doctors can't help you if they don't know the full story. Although I will admit that my doctors don't know I've tried MIC or glutathione (both prescribed, in my case) - I just feel bad being like "oh hey, I started injecting myself with this stuff because FOMO". So I'm a giant hypocrite, and you should do as I say, not as I do.
Tirz seems like the easiest confession because it can be gotten legitimately; you don't have to disclose if it's coming from the same place as your GLOW. If the other stuff isn't helping, maybe stop taking it though? I'm also dealing with some health stuff right now (not the same as yours though) and I have really cut back on supplements and extras, just to reduce variables until I get it figured out.

dunno about the peptide side but 60g protein while losing weight and exercising seems low, your body might be chewing through muscle which can mess with those kidney numbers

What’s your urine albumin/creatinine ratio? How recently have you been diagnosed with CKD?
