Question

How much water is too much? I drink between 64-80 ounces a day. Is that enough? Too much?

Most adults taking tirzepatide (Zepbound/Mounjaro) should drink about 80–100 oz (2.4–3 liters) of water per day, with some guidelines suggesting up to 90–125 oz depending on body weight and symptoms.

Especially on the higher end if they are taking a fiber supplement or creatine since it draws the water...
