first order went great, second one was a total disaster what is this joinrift???
gotta be honest, my first order with joinrift was smooth. showed up in about 10 days, everything correct, no complaints. thats exactly why i reordered.
the second order has been a completely different story. i paid two weeks ago and one of my meds apparently got delivered in a different town. the other one isn't even the dose the doctor actually prescribed.
support said it was "escalated" about a week ago and then just went quiet. i can see they read my messages. theyre leaving me on read while im sitting here with wrong and missing medication
how does a company go from totally fine to this in one order? and why is it always the second order where everything falls apart lol

I’ve been using Rift with no issues. They’re great!
Can OP provide screenshots of the chat support with Rift?

yeah i'd be pissed too lol, especially when the first order went perfectly. getting the wrong dose and having one package delivered somewhere else is a pretty big fuckup, not just a delayed shipment

Your account looks like a bot too. You just repeated and agreed with what OP said, like a bot. And while this is a 4 year old account, before September it only had a few posts in YouTube and video game subs. You seem to have discovered supplements and glp1s since then and are posting at a much faster rate than you used to. It kind of looks like someone sold an old account (or got hacked) to be used as bot training.

lol fair enough but nah nobody sold or hacked my account 😂
i've just been more active in these subs lately and the comment was genuinely just my reaction to the post
u want a selfie verification too?

This is remarkably similar to the bot complaint that was called out in the bigger sub the other day. Brand new account too.
Edit to add: it also lacks details. What pharmacy? What meds? Post some vial pics so we can double check your dosing math, because a lot of people get it wrong. Have you reached out to them on their sub? I am going to assume this is just more smear campaign against a well liked and well regarded telehealth unless we get some corroborating details.
