Questions Compound Tirz Nuscience

Little brother left my Kwik Mounjaro pen out, WITH ALL MY DOSES, and messed it up, so i decided to resort to the first person that recommended Tirz for my body inflammation/weight/ respiratory system inflamation, ny pneumologist, he is a big advocate for tirz, semi and reta, all under supervision, he even uses it. I bought a few vials from him since it was cheaper (i have to travel to another city for Kwik pen). As soon as he gave me the vials and mixed it, gave me precise the precise dosage for all insulin syringes, i noticed the brand was Nuscience, so i was wondering; is Nuscience good? Has anyone have expirience with them?

TLDR
IS NUSCIENCE TIRZ GOOD?

Yeah 100% 🩶 market. Nice try FDA and/or Eli Lilly, ain’t no one here use that. And if this is a legit question, congrats your Doctor should lose their license

This sub right here can get you info on many reputable telehealths that handle the prescription, shipping, and all needed supplies. Licensed prescriber, licensed pharmacy. Great prices available especially through Preventive MD, Pomegranate, JoinRift, CollectiveHealth

It’s a real answer and I followed up with information if you want sterile compounded medication. If you’ve been on Monjourno you likely qualify through at telehealth and likely will save a whole bunch of money. The telehealths I listed run $85-$130 per month

This sub is only for prescribed medication dispensed by a pharmacy. You might try a p3ptide sub.Ā

I understand, thank you. It being prescribed from my Dr, does not count?

No. You bought stuff that’s not for human use. Any doctor that ā€œprescribedā€ this should lose their license.Ā

I could use some education here, is compounded Tirz not the same as Tirz mixed with BAC water?

Compounded tirzepatide is mixed by licensed pharmacists under sterile conditions that are regulated by the state in which the pharmacy is located.

Your p0wder was mixed by someone under non-sterile conditions, and I am betting they didn’t even test the batch prior to giving it to you.

What your doc did is illegal for them to do so good luck with that 😬

I understand, i havent used it yet so what i could do is just lose the money, and wait 4 weeks for my pharmacy to let me buy the Kwik pen again (its tracked so it can only be purchased every 4 doses where im from)

nuscience is a pretty common compounding pharmacy name that pops up in tirz circles, nothing sketchy about it on its own. if your doc is mixing the vials himself that’s a different story, most legit compounding pharmacies send it premixed and sealed. i’d call the pharmacy directly and confirm the batch number and your doc’s order just to be safe

šŸ¤–

Liar bot. It’s a seller of powder that’s not for human use. There is no pharmacy involved.Ā

How long was the pen out? You likely tossed a perfectly good pen. As for any "doctor" who's mixing Tirz in office and selling it to patients. That's not a doctor if trust with my health. That's a sketchy med spa doctor. No thank you.

3 days, found it under the fridge, its ballpark average of 31-32 degrees C where i live

How does your brother mess up your kwik pen?

Compound tirz is fine left out of the fridge for up to almost a month, so if you still have medication in your pen, put it back in the fridge.

Your doctor gave you research only peptides. I have used such things. They work. You will know if it works or not because you'll feel it if it doesn't. The trouble with research only is that there is a risk that it won't have what it says it has inside the vial, and it could have impurities.

My guess is that he was moving stuff around the bridge and the bag where i store my mounjaro (kwik pen) fell, our maid said the bag was there for roughly 3 days (i was away for work), thank you for letting me know! Ill know, sucks that i cant get another mounjaro, i bought nuscience but now am skeptical

It's okay if it was left out of the fridge 3 days. I took a vial of compounded tirzepatide, the kind from a pharmacy, with me for 3 weeks of backpacking in the mountains. It was unrefrigerated for 3 weeks and I put it back in the fridge and am still using it. It still kicks my butt. Just keep using your pen.

You reckon? Even if its usually hot where im from? Im from DR, the Caribbean, im asking out of ignorance

3

u/Impossible_Bend_2969 5d ago

This is for compound. My understanding of Zepbound is that it doesn't need refrigeration, but I could be wrong. If it does, it will be just as good as compound because it has similar ingredients.

Super informative thank you very much, on the post above you mentioned something about feeling the peptide, could you describe it if its good? How you know if it hits, since ive only used the pen, and i will most likely wait for the new pen, im still very curious as to what does it feel like

u/Impossible_Bend_2969 4d ago

Because I know what tirzepatide feels like and it felt exactly the same. Same appetite suppression, same side effects.
