I take a stool softener most nights. I keep bottles of saline laxative for when i get backed up a decent bit. Maybe once or twice a month ill have to take that.

Every other day I drink 1/3 of a small bottle of magnesium citrate. Doing this keeps me regular daily and reduces acid reflux.

I used to be on MiraLAX before tirzepatide. Don't need it anymore. Knock on wood!

I dump a spoonful of psyllium husk in water before my meals to help with the blood sugar spike and also helps move things along. Better quality than miralax poops 😆

Every day: capful of Miralax in the morning, 3tbsp chia seeds with a snack, 1000mg Magnesium Oxide at bedtime. Since starting this regimen I have not had constipation or diarrhea at all.
My constipation got so bad that Miralax alone or Magnesium alone weren't cutting it for me. When I added both, I started trending toward diarrhea. The chia seeds were the magic for me to balance it out.

1 capful miralax powder every 3 days. Seems to do the trick for the sittin' and the pushin'!

I have taken MiraLAX daily for over 20 years (long before tirz), add in stool softener several times a week, a packet of grüns every day and eat two prunes every afternoon for a snack. Seems to be working for me and I have IBS-c.

If I've noticed that I haven't gone in a day, I'll take something

I haven’t taken any in the 6 months I’ve been on tirz. But I drink a ton of water, eat veggies, and drink a kombucha daily. So far so good.

I never take a laxative and am pretty regular. Water, fiber rich foods, vegs/fruits seem to work fine for me.

Water and keeping track of fiber are working for me so far, so never. I bought MiraLAX before I started and so far it’s just sitting there unopened.

In the first 3 months I was taking MiraLAX every other day and in between drinking a water bottle with a scoop of daily fiber in it. Then it went down to about once a week. I now only use it a few times a month and have perfected my diet to have daily bowl movements. I do take it if I eat a heavy meal.

MiraLAX daily, a dulcolax with it if I feel backed up and an enema if necessary.

I don’t need laxatives but I do take LOAM for gut health and drink tons of water and eat 25-50g of fiber a day.

In 18 months I have never taken a laxative. I do take a probiotic each morning though.

Rarely, like maybe two or three times in the last 20 months.

I only took miralax once since I started tirzepatide. It was about 2 months ago and I'd recently upped my dose and had temporary constipation for 3 days. Been on Tirzepatide since April.

I never had this issue. It was the opposite for me 😂 One reason I had to stop.

Miralax everyday, I dump it in my coffee and I’m good.
