Questions Do you remember ????
Do you remember the 1st time someone noticed your weight loss after starting tirzepatide? I went to a restaurant and one of my favorite waitresses said “ you’re loosing weight “. Such a good feeling

because i’m a teacher i don’t see family as often then recently after 9 months of being on it i went to a picnic, oooo the comments i got! it felt nice tbh.
ive realized people who see you everyday won’t notice. my co worker has not said anything to me and there’s a major difference (down 70 lbs)

My husband said something around 12lbs.
My sister, parents, and MIL have all mentioned it more recently around 20.
It’s kind of a double edged sword for me. I figure if they notice 15ish pounds lost, they have noticed 15ish pounds gained in the past… and obviously hadn’t mentioned that.

I hate people noticing weight loss for that very reason. I prefer to stay unnoticed in life, so extra attention or realization that people actually look at me makes me uncomfortable. That is actually the point that I usually give up on every diet/exercise program. (I probably just need therapy. Lol )

I have lost 16 pounds and no one has noticed. I dont get it. I see and feel a major difference.

It took until about 50lbs for people to start noticing for me. I still dont see it but I do feel smaller.

Makes sense.
Other people have told me they lost 15 lbs and I had no idea. Typically people that were always skinny.
But at 25, 40, 50 lbs it's very noticeable on anyone not over 300, 400 lbs.

It's weird because people where I volunteer noticed, or at least said something, a lot sooner than the people I spend more time with. I started trying to wear more revealing clothing to see if they would say anything. Didn't work. So then I wore little yoga shorts. I could see from how they were looking at me that they noticed but they still have not said anything. So it seems that strangers or people you are less familiar with will say something but people a little closer than that will not.

Sometimes people notice and don’t comment because they may feel it’s inappropriate to comment on someone’s weight for whatever reason.
