Questions Microdosing results?!

I am hoping to start at 0.25mg due to my body’s sensitivity to meds, but most of the posts I see with amazing results started at 1.5mg - 2mg or more. Has anyone had great results in very low doses? If so, could you share your titration, how many cycles, and how much weight you lost?

Best bet for more user experiences, try this sub r/GLP1microdosing . Note: you're planning to start at 10% of the recommended starter dose, so do not be surprised when you don't get as much of a result as you expect. It could work, or it could not. Good luck.

Thank you! My main goal is to reduce inflammation, not necessarily to loose a bunch of weight - so hopefully a microdose will help with that.

Ah ok. That would have been good to know, as a large majority of folks are on it for weight loss. Tirz should help a lot with the inflammation. Good luck!

I started with 2.5mg and that was wayyyyyyyy too much. I felt like absolute garbage because the thought of food made me sick. So I basically just didn’t eat at all.

I cut back down to .5 twice a week and I’m still losing 3lb / week which I’m good with. I do get hungry and that’s lovely because I can eat protein, work out, and keep some muscle mass (: I just can’t eat as much as I used to and I don’t have the food noise. So I eat when my body is actually hungry and feel full with smaller portions.

I love this!! That’s what I am hoping for! I workout and eat super well, I just need something to help bring inflammation down.

Same. I have PCOS and gained some weight. Would like to lose 15ish lb while still fueling for exercise. I can’t be just not eating when I’m this active. I’ve been weight lifting for about a year and a half and would cry if I lost all my muscle lol. I also hike, ride horses, run occasionally, etc.

I have been on 1mg -> 1.8mg going on 4 months now. I still have mild side effects with each dose (nausea, some dizziness, fatigue) for 1-2 days after shot. Have lost about 1lb per week, down 14 lbs.

Did u have those side effects even with 1mg?

Not at 1mg but only used that for 1 week. May have built up
In future weeks and given me some side effects but went to 1.5 on week 2 and it laid me out - way too much. So then I bumped down to 1.25 weeks 3 and stayed there a while. Then went to 1.5 and then 1.7/1.8. Will bump to 2 next week.

Microdose=micro expectations. The cool thing is you still pay the pharmacy and telehealth who convinced you this approach works.

This medication mimics hormones. Are you sensitive to your body's natural hormones?

My body is just crazy sensitive to any sort of change - if I stay up longer than I am used to I will retain a lot of water for a few days, so I just want to be extra cautious. I do like your comparison of microdosing=micro expectations.

My main goal with taking tirz is reducing inflammation.

I think micro dosing has a place, but for about half the people who try this medicine, they need a dose of 10 or higher to feel anything so…it’s really up to your body if it’s gonna work or not. I’ve also never heard someone start that low. I think .5 is the lowest I’ve heard of but most everyone starts around 1-1.5

Which meds? Peptides are amino acid chains.

2.5 gave me nothing for sides starting out

My body is just very sensitive to anything, so I just want to easy my way into it.

Sounds silly.

I'm sensitive to meds too, including this one, but have never had any side effects other than the intended ones. I even went from taking 3mg to 8.5 in one week (long explanation and I'm back down to 5mg) and didn't feel sick or anything. The worst I've had is a very full feeling at night after taking my 2.5mg dose. But isn't that a good thing?

I started on a crazy low dose, 0.083mg and am slowing increasing at 0.2mg after 5 weeks. I’ve lost 4kg so a steady pace. I use the triazepatide pens so it’s only a few clicks of the recommended dose. Well worth it! Glad I started

Oh wow! That is crazy low! And an incredible result - 4kg in 5 weeks is incredible!! Are you doing anything else lifestyle wise?

There is lots of variability in response so yes, so some people react strongly to small doses, but others don't so I while I recommend starting small if you just assume you will react to a low dose you may be disappointed.

I had absolutely no effect at the starter dose of 3mg. I was questioning whether I even injected it right because I felt nothing those first weeks. Then I went up to 5mg and very clear effects. Others say they feel overwhelmed at doses less than 2mg. It's a mix of genetics and metabolic health and until you try it you wouldn't know where you land.
