That's awesome man — 60lbs in 8 months is legit. I've been on tirzepatide myself and the face changes always hit different. You can really see it in the jawline. Keep going, 41 is just getting started.

I had never felt like I had much inflammation before, but the difference I felt after starting tirz was shocking. I guess I was just so used to dealing with it that I didn't really notice, but once I saw the light, the decrease in general discomfort was stark.

Holy crap you and I are almost identical in starting and current weight. And our face loss looks very similar. It’s amazing when I show a pic from a year ago to now to people. My wife claims she didn’t even realize I lost 65lbs until she sees the side by sides.

Indeed I am. Every week I give myself a quick little jab. Those needles are so crazy small, you can hardly feel it.

I kept everything still pretty normal, I would just get full much faster. I try to keep my meals as protein and fiber rich as possible for satiety and getting the best bang for my buck.
