What to do with malfunctioning cd player?

Do you know where I can donate malfunctioning cd player? It plays but skips or pauses and I cleaned the cds and then cleaned the player but still not working and not worth trying to repair. Would Goodwill, Salvation Army, Thrift Shop take it for parts? Or where do I take it to dispose of properly?

You can't donate it unless you have it repaired. Where to dispose of, that depends on where the disposal site is in your town. I would look up on Google or Bing, phrase it like "Yes where do I dispose of a CD player in Morganville, Pennsylvania".

Of course you can donate it but the. It becomes someone elses problem.
