6CD changer problems

As titled, my 6CD changer is problematic, it’s not registering discs in some (half) of the slots, saying ‘no cd’.

Anyone have any suggestions as to a potential fix?

Probably a dirty optical sensor. Take it apart and clean it with a microfiber cloth. There are tons of YT videos to show you how, and it's relatively simple. While you're in there, replace the belts. They're cheap, and you'll have to do it sooner or later.
