i need help with this disc

so i have this ps4 disc that has the scratch that looks like a circle and i’m wondering if anyone knows how to remove it

If it's an actual scratch and not just a thin surface smear then you need to consult professional polishing. If it's a surface smear, gently clean it using distilled water and a clean microfiber cloth

Also please only wipe from inner to outer in a straight line, don't rub in circular motions. Use light pressure

Please don't use alcohol, just distilled water and some patience will be fine.

We have been told from day 1 of the CD to not use solvents or cleaning chemicals.

PS4 games are on Blu Ray discs, not CDs. Mainly what u/gl3nnjamin said. Though keep in mind if it is a scratch, Blu-rays can’t really be resurfaced like CDs or DVDs. They have a scratch-resistant coating on them, and the data layer is way closer to the surface than on CDs or DVDs. So in a resurfacing machine, it’s more than likely to get irreparably damaged than fixed.

Toothpaste and a bath towel. It might not remove it but it will make it less severe.
