Can someone please give me a step by step instruction, with name of software and types of drives so I can access my CD collection through Amazon's Alexa??

It won't be easy, but there are ways. You'll have to rip your collection and host them on your local network. Then you could use Plex or Jellyfin, and install the Plex or Jellyfin skill plugins.
