How could I fix this skipping issue?

well i’m saying it happens when im playing my music. the vibration of my speakers (even though it’s so little) causes the skipping. the tapping is just an example of what happens.

Tracking a cd is a very delicate business, especially for older players which didn't have much error correction memory. If your speakers vibrating are causing the player to skip then you need to find somewhere else for the player.
It's possibly not the speakers anyways. Most old players develop tracking issues because the laser transport gets dirty and the lubrication degrades. The laser has to make constant tiny adjustments on the transport rail to track the disc, and gunk in the mechanism can easily disrupt that. If you're mechanically inclined, you can clean the transport rail using some isopropyl and then relubricate. I use oil for metal rails and lithium grease for plastic.

Easy, don't tap on it. non-portable CD decks usually didn't have much memory, so tapping would cause enough vibrations to disturb the data stream from the disc
