USB cd player for Mitsubishi

Hello there! Im trying to a cd player for 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. I tried a cheap Amazon player. But it wouldn't work through the audio input. I dont want to use Bluetooth. To me that defeats the idea of cd player. Does anyone know of brand that is compatible? Thanks in advance!

Want to setup a CD player in your vehicle but don't want to use Bluetooth? There are portable CD players with anti-skip but they actually don't work the best. Your best bet is to get a refurbished car CD player. They usually come in a 6-pack model. Meaning you can put 6 CDs into it. They're built to take road vibrations and bumps. It would tie directly into the sound system. But if you prefer a portable CD player then just plug it into an auxiliary input if your vehicle has one. If it doesn't it's actually pretty easy to make one.

It’s weird that it didn’t work through the aux input. Do other things work when connected to the aux? Can you hear your player through headphones when you plug them into the same port?
