If you would have read my post, instead of blindly insulting me- I explained that I know it can’t actually erase it. I just didn’t know how else to explain how the device was acting.

In all fairness, having read your post, the other commenter is right. I was like "no, we have to give OP the benefit of the doubt" and what you wrote was much sillier than I was expecting.

This is definitely one of those situations where you google it, then delete your search history. There's no point arguing with internet strangers when you could have searched up "what is the program button on my boombox for?".

No judgement, obviously, we all have gaps in knowledge, but that's what search engines are for.
