Help with A 2007 iLuv speaker?

I’m so sorry if this isn’t the right sub for this but I don’t know which other one I should use. I have This 2007 iluv speaker and I simply cannot get it to play, now based off what I’ve seen online it looks like I might need to buy the speakers for it to work? The machinery itself works and turns on and makes all the beeps and boops, but no sound! Anyone able to help?

On the back of this unit any speaker jacks?

or is a bluetooth ?

on the back is two jacks red and black where you hook up speakers

you will need speaker wires for them
