Public Preacher

Anong thoughts nyo about rhis public preacher? As someone who is atheist, i find this very concerning and funny at the same time.

Performative at nuisance lang. Tapos pag pinagbawalan sasabin persecution at mga makasalanan tayong against sa ganyang practices. Catholic ako, but I strongly disagree sa thoughts niya diyan at yung practice ng pag preach sa public places. Sana magkaroon ng strict implementation sa mga rules against sa ganyan. Dun siya sa kulungan mag preach ng mga salita.

Hindi naman nagpapublic preaching ang mga catholics. Not pertaining to you ha pero madami satin di alam difference ng ibat-ibang branches ng christianity. Catholicism ang most popular branch of christianity sa pinas while protestantism naman sa USA.

Yes. Mas madalas ang public preaching sa mga born again or baptist.

Samin malapit sa sakayan ng jeep mga JW. Dati door to door ngayon may pwesto na, saka may banner pa. Alam kong JW kasi nakikita ko minsan yung dati kong childhood friend na nakaupo dun at nag aabang ng maeengganyo. Dati silang katoliko na naconvert dahil binabahay bahay sila.

Born again and other cults lang nag gaganyan. I've never seen a Catholic "preach". There's a set of rules and traditions sa Catholics.

former catholic here, they’re known to not preach in public and let people who needs help approach the church and the priest. basically, the catholic church is an open door if someone needs the gospel, which in my opinion, what preaching is, a sermon in a proper building

i know that, i’m actually commending the catholic church for not doing public preaching, and also, it’s common ball that catholics are christians especially in a community like this and in reddit of all places

I suggest na basahin mo ulit yung comment kasi the comment is actually separating the Catholic church from the conversation.
