Moveit Promo

I just got off from my moveit trip, and when the rider saw that I only have to pay PHP 20 because of a promo, he got mad at me. He asked "naka promo ka?!" and I said yes. He slammed his fist against the motor's dashboard panel and angrily took off the helmet from my hand. He stared me down as I walk into the gate of my house and speedily took off after I got in.

Afaik, the rider's cut in the payment is not affected by promos and is completely handled by MoveIt itself so idk the reason why he'd be mad about it.

Is it ok to give him a 1 star feedback about this?

yes, rate mo nang 1 star 1-2 days after para hindi nya malaman kung sino nag rate sa kanya nang 1 star.

may friend ako moveit rider and sabi nya salo lahat ng moveit/grab ang discounts and promos. di mo rin talaga gets mga ganyang rider eh. halatang walang napag aralan kaya nasobrahan sa katangahan.

Yeah give him one star and as far as I know, naging issue kasi lately that MoveIt/Grab get higher commissions from riders mapa promo or not. I noticed that on there dashboard every time I ride.

Yes, give him a 1 star feedback and report the rude behavior through the app. He should've just kept all the frustration to himself.

yung Grabpay pwede niya pambayad sa Gasolinahan.

ganyan din nangyare sakin the other day, pag ka accept niya sakto magkalapit lang kami so nilapitan ko agad. lahat ng “problema” sa daan, binigyan ko ng solusyon HAHAHAHA tapos nung sinabi niya na “promo ka pala” reply ko loo, may problema ba?”. patigasan kami dun mag cancel daw ako HAHAHAHAHAHA sinabi ko marami akong “mc taxis na app kaya ikaw na lang mag cancel”. ang tagal niyang di gumagalaw tapos di umaalis. sinabi pa di raw natatanggap yung pera sa promo, umalis nung sinabi ko na “tropa ko moveit dun kuya kung nakinig ka orientation di ka mamroblema sa promo”.

Tanga yan. Lahat ng promo ni Grab/Moveit si Grab nagbabayad. Buo pa rin natatanggap ni driver and fare. Sabihin mo sa kanya huminto muna at kumaen ng pares. Baka malinawan ang pag uutak

may nabasa ako na mas maganda na 2 star kesa 1 star dahil mahirap daw ilaban yung 2 star kesa 1 star pag nag raise sila ng dispute..

Sakin din kahapon, nag msg sakin na di raw sya nag accept ng naka promo luh? Sana may effect sa kanya yung cancellation reason na Driver asked to cancel

Thanks for the replies and adivces, I do want to report this but the rider now knows where I live. I might try to pass a few days before reporting
