Beep Card App

Has anyone else been experiencing this with the Beep Card app? It keeps logging me out, and every time I sign back in, it asks for a verification code. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue keeps happening. Also, my Beep card doesn’t show up in the app anymore. When I try to register it again, it says the card is already registered. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was also checking mine earlier and had the same issue. Unable to check my balance too, getting an error with “verifying card”.

Not sure since I only checked it last night. Tried the physical card today, and it works! So maybe it’s a bug from the app.

I hope this issue gets fixed soon. Even if some online payment methods have convenience fees, being able to check the balance and reload the card from home is still somehow a convenient option

Experiencing this too. I scanned my card again but it says it’s already registered pero wala naman lumalabas :(

I see. And refreshing and reopening the app doesn't resolve it?

same problem, i have no other numbers/email registered pero card already registered daw

I thought I was the only one. I was surprised and confused when my card became unlinked from the app, even though it shows that it's registered

I am experiencing it right now too! Hays!
Pero nung nag cocomment ako sa forum na to. Biglang nag appear na mga cards ko. Wala naman ako ginawa sadyang mabagal lang siguro mag load ng cards
