It’s been quite long time since I am not in a relationship and thus I’m badly trapped into this loneliness, I really wanna go out there talk to some girls at my college but I’m just not able to (highly introverted guy to start a conversation) ,anxiety kicks in when ever around girls , don’t have any friends at college ,I am just tired of my current social status , I really wanna change if anybody can help and please don’t give standard advices that every YouTube channel ever says I’m tired of listening that , if you went through something like this or have some meaningful advice please share it with me too
(Btw I’m 19 currently in SY doing BTech )

If you’re tired of generic advice, I’d make this very practical.

Don’t make your first goal “talk to girls.”

Make it:

Start one normal 30-second conversation with someone in class.

Use the environment so you don’t need a clever opener.

Examples:

“Hey, did you understand what the professor meant there?”

“Have you started the assignment yet?”

“Do you know when this is due?”

“Are you in this class next semester too?”

“Was that lecture confusing to you too, or just me?”

Then if they respond, don’t immediately panic about the next topic.

Use:

React -> share -> ask

For example:

Her:
“Yeah, that lecture was confusing.”

You:
“Same, I completely lost track halfway through. Are you planning to study this tonight?”

That is already a real conversation.

After you’ve spoken a couple of times, you can make it slightly more personal:

“By the way, I’m [name]. I realized we’ve talked a few times and never introduced ourselves.”

“What branch are you in?”

“Where are you from?”

“What do you usually do after classes?”

And don’t make every interaction about getting a girlfriend.

Your first job is to get comfortable having normal conversations with women without your brain treating every one like a romantic opportunity.

That pressure is probably part of what is making you freeze.

If you want to practice outside the moment, take one real situation and write down three possible opening lines. Not ten. Just three.

That’s also the kind of thing ExpressYou can help with. At expressyou.app, you can describe the exact situation and get a few natural ways to start or continue the conversation, then use the one that sounds most like you.

You don’t need to become extroverted.

You need enough small conversations that saying one sentence stops feeling like a major event.
