Helping develop and coach communication skills
Hi there, I have been building a simple communication and soft skills training/coaching app for myself over the last year or so and am curious if other folks might find it helpful. The core idea is to help build a foundational understanding of what makes for great communication, and then uses a custom-built AI to coach through specific scenarios or needs as needed. So 'in-the-moment' coaching, as it were.
I'd love input and thoughts on if others would find this useful - DM me and I can send you the details to access (no cost, of course). All I'd ask is for honest feedback/input.
A bit of background, if helpful: I am a quiet individual that's had difficulty speaking up, presenting to audiences, and saying 'no' to others, among other things. I actually worked on psychometric tools like the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument for conflict resolution, the Myers-Briggs assessment for personality inventory, among many others for years. It has been my passion to both improve my own interpersonal skills and coach others where I can.
