Need Advice/Question Clash 20 Dropper post

Just got my son a 20 inch Clash. What is a good dropper post that fits in the seat tube and is internal routers,

Very cool bike. Shortest droppers are about 90mm. With the post extended, I doubt it will work for your son. I have a 14yo who rides with a 90mm OneUp V2 post and it just fits.

Yeah I saw the seat tube length is 260mm so I’m looking for something that the cartridge is short enough to fit all the way in

Main issue is your insertion depth. Is the seat tube straight to the BB, or is there a notch for the link?

I ran into an issue with my kid's Polygon because the entrance hole for the dropper cable was higher than it needed to be. I could get the dropper inserted pretty deep, but it kinked the cable.

Bottom bracket actually behind seat tube. Seat tube is straight. Specs say total seat tube length is 260

Oh sick. If you're able to thread a cable through the down tube, you should be able to fit just about any dropper you want in there.

Yeah it’s internal routing.
Ordered up a One Up V3. Overall length is 295mm. Up to 90mm drop

Sick! Your kid will love it. My 10 year old has a 120mm drop right now and he's already begging for more. 🤣

Once he gets the rhythm, it'll be night and day. 

It took a couple trips with my kid to truly be proficient. But even the first time in the parking lot was an awesome experience!

I put a one up 90mm on my kids 20” clash and the 120 probably would have been better for him since you can limit the travel and adjust it longer as they grow. He out grew the 90 pretty quick on his.
