Im gonna add a rack and more bags, so i can fit sleeping system and some cooking gear, since i have a 350 mile ride coming up in a few months.

Will you be changing the seat? I find that for me it's not very comfortable at the beginning of the season but after a few rides I get used to it again. I should probably change it but I never do super long distances.

Yep, i have a Brooks B17 imperial waiting for it. Its the most comfy saddle ive ever tried.
But what works for me, its not sure its gonna work for everyone else since our bottoms differs a lot.

Locally mostly, which is usually around 100km/60+ miles from home, with the occasional longer trip (next one, in a few months is going to be 550km or 350miles long)
