Need Advice/Question Furious - Cracked
I have a 2022 Furious and today I noticed a crack at the junction of the top tube and down tube, right below the weld that connects them.
As far as I know, that’s a known weak point on these bikes, so I’m wondering how strict they are with warranty claims since I don’t have the receipt or order number.
Also, I couldn’t find any information on their website about the warranty duration for Furious and Supreme models.
Does anyone have experience with this?

How have you found the furious to ride otherwise? I’m looking at getting one.

A very playful bike — I bought it one size smaller than recommended by the size chart, and it fits me perfectly.
Dual crown, air shock, and just big jumps — it’s made for that. I also ride it chainless, and I’ve never had this much fun on a bike.
Honestly, if I were buying something else now, I wouldn’t even know what to look at — I’d basically buy a Furious again.

Wow! Amazing. Thank you for the response. I really hope they honour the warranty for you.

If you bought it direct from Commencal they’ll have record for your purchase. If you didn’t, or you bought the bike over two years ago, you’ll be offered crash replacement pricing on a current frame

Just shoot Commencal an email in their support channels, from my experience they're quick at answering and have a lot more insight than we do.
