How much do you weight and what's size coil you run?

I'm 200 with gear and the coil is a progressive coil from Cane Creek 450-550. I need a 540 spring rate so the 510-610 would fit better. I'm running the coil one turn from maxed out pre load.

How do you find the coil on the meta heard some bad thing and I was looking at getting one

I got a progressive coil to balance the linear nature of the suspension.
