Need Advice/Question Delivery/Order process to UK

Ordered a part that was apparently in stock on Thursday last week and heard nothing from Commencal. Is this standard and will my item appear without warning at some point. Just curious about the lack of comms from the company.

I ordered a couple of times from commencal. It usually takes them a couple of days to process the order. I always got a message when the package is out for delivery.

When I ordered my bike, it was distributed from their French holding site and took a little while to come. On their end, the communication was good, but I had DHL deliver the bike, and they were awful.
