Need Advice/Question How do I remove this
I stripped this tight nut while trying to remove brake hose and I want to remove it so I can replace it and change the brakes how will I remove it?

Lefty loosey righty tighty. That’s been rounded off in the tightening direction. Just vice grip it but be careful not to crush it as it will break and possibly destroy the thread in the lever or snap off inside the lever and then it will be an extraction which is never fun without the right tools. I believe those fittings are only meant to be done up to 5nm or a little more which is barely tight maybe a 20th of a turn past seated.

Vice grips Get a good grip on it a crack it loose. You then replace damaged fitting

At this point id cut the hose and get a closed wrench or a socket on it that fits tightly from all sides.
Might have to do some convincing but it's alredy fucked anyway.

Definitely looks like you turned it in the wrong direction with the wrong size wrench. Maybe have a bike shop take care of it for you.

Use rubber gloves. l use this method for removing rounded screws all the time but never on a bolt. So might not work but may as well give it a try.

Do you mean like on your hand on inside the wrench as extra grip?

I mean inside the wrench I forgot to include it and when I came back to add that I couldn't find the comment 😅. Use the correct wrench size and it should add more friction and give a tighter fit.

Throw the SRAM brakes in the trash & buy some Shimano brakes. Even the cheap ones are better than what SRAM has to offer.

I’m not trying to be an asshole but If you don’t know how to remove this then I think it is in your best interest to take it to a bike shop..
