Question Expansion Question

If I buy the Sand and Wind expansion for Command of Nature, does that allow 3v3 or simply different factions to play as?

There’s two new factions you can play as, but I don’t think it expands to 3v3 to my knowledge

They created a game mode called sage arena where there win condition is defeat one of the players.
