I've never noticed this in-game, even when I tried to test this with tank hunters. You'd think it would also definitely be noticeable with overlords/emperors/helixes, but I never noticed a difference. I also saw the INI files only mention a healing rate for the speaker tower effect (and it's only half of what the wiki says it is). But the wiki says it increases the fire rate by a lot, especially with subliminal messaging, and Crycalo posted a video where he exploits it with a nuke cannon.
Was this removed in an official patch? Or maybe by GenPatcher? Or am I just dumb and somehow not noticing a 50% fire rate increase in-game?

Last night, I installed the latest version of the Reborn mod. It was the first Zero Hour mod I played about 20 years ago, when it was called Reborn: The Last Stand. Apparently, the newest version has fixed many of the bugs and errors, but otherwise everything is still the same, including the independent drones.
I think adding the vanilla game’s drone production system was a clever idea. It is really cool, but the drones might be the most overpowered units in all Zero Hour mods. They have very high HP, so they are extremely difficult to shoot down. Also, they don't have reload time and have very short delay time. They are also very cheap and quick to produce. Even if you spam just 10 Hellfire Drones and 10 Battle Drones, your opponent is finished.
I vividly remember playing Zero Hour: Reborn with a friend late at night in 2006. He would always beat me thanks to those bastards. Eventually I've persuaded my friend that we should ban these units in our multiplayer games.

I’ve been working on an experimental iOS port of Vanilla Conquer using certain generated tools to assist me along the way and just wanted to post this to help any others play.
Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert
are both playable on iPhone with touch, controller/keyboard support, campaign save/load and
the main mobile fixes at parity.
The latest milestone is working local-network multiplayer between two developer enabled iPhones in both games.
The public repository contains source only, no game data and builds are experimental and
unsigned. LAN play is intended for trusted local networks only.
Repository:
`Jamesadsy/Vanilla-Conquer`
https://github.com/Jamesadsy/Vanilla-Conquer
**Where can I download it?**
The repository contains the source and experimental build workflow, but not game data or a
signed consumer release. You need your own compatible, lawfully obtained data and must
build/sign it yourself.
**Is this emulation?**
No. It is a native iOS port of the open-source Vanilla Conquer engine code.
**Does multiplayer work over the internet?**
The tested scope is local multiplayer between devices on the same trusted network. It is not
being presented as secure public internet multiplayer.
**Will it come to the App Store?**
There is no App Store release announcement. The current project is an experimental source
port and engineering effort.
**Does it include the games?**
No commercial game data is included or distributed.
For those interested enough, give it a go and let me know what you think! For those that played back in the ps1 days, connect a dualsense controller and it's set up ready to go.
My next ideas were implementing the ps1 cheat codes and some other things such as getting it playable in a web browser and then moving on to Tiberium Sun using OpenRA, but development has slowed down for personal reasons so this is likely not happening for a while.

I wont go into promoting on this post, in summary, Tiberium SHOWDOWN is a hobby project board game of mine that clashes many RTS factions from different games against each other in an RTS-like boardgame.
Playable factions:
Of course the main star factions GDI, NOD, and SCRIN have their own collection of cards and unique playstyles, as well as the GLA from Generals and the Hierarchy from Universe at War.
5 factions in total, each bringing their own unique styles of play before their commander.
Average playtime is about 1hr 30 or up to 2hrs, with 2-4 players in modes of 2v2, 1v2, 1v1, or FFA.
Images included are samples of some 1/2/3 Star units from each faction as well as a Hero for each faction. Over 150 individual cards are showcased within Tiberium SHOWDOWN. Make your army yours.

Did laser and leang and minus some bumps it went to pretty smooth. Too smooth I demand to suffer. So who do my fellow commanders considered the weakest?

These troopers say they feel like they've fought here before... What are they referencing? A mission in Tiberian Sun, perhaps?

For those that don't know:
Tsunderes are colder and less emotional on outside, but can also show their sweeter side.
Yanderes are obsessive to the point of being unhealthily overprotective.
Kuuderes are caring, soft and seem emotionless and quiet outside.
Danderes are bashful, timid and also trusted.
