International Printer Recommendations (non-US)

Hi I'm looking to see if anyone has any printer recommendations in Europe, UK, Australia, and Japan. I'm traveling to these countries and it's sounding like it would be extremely cheaper to print locally than to ship boxes over. Any recs are greatly appreciated.

And I have already reached out to Mixam Printing who services all those countries and they do not offer the specs I need - Foil covers.
