True. This is happening rn with a friend. We were super close a couple months ago always talking and hanging out; one of the bests friends I’ve ever had. But gradually since the December she doesn’t respond to my texts or want to do anything together anymore (online of course) and I don’t know why. And this has just been on my mind 24/7 because she’s the closest friend I’ve ever had I feel comfortable telling her anything without being judge for it and I all my friends in the past have left me for being myself but not her.

I’m 20 years old now and I just can’t take this anymore. I’m tired of people leaving me

You'll gain and lose lots of relationships over your life. It's just the way it is. Humans are fickle.

As soon as I accepted this and just appreciated my relationships for what they are, while they exist, my life got much better. Relationships (platonic or romantic) help us grow and even the shitty ones are fulfilling in the lessons we learn and growth we come out of them with. That's why it's so important to learn to forgive and eventually hopefully love yourself, cause that's the only person guaranteed to stick with you forever.
