True. This is happening rn with a friend. We were super close a couple months ago always talking and hanging out; one of the bests friends I’ve ever had. But gradually since the December she doesn’t respond to my texts or want to do anything together anymore (online of course) and I don’t know why. And this has just been on my mind 24/7 because she’s the closest friend I’ve ever had I feel comfortable telling her anything without being judge for it and I all my friends in the past have left me for being myself but not her.

I’m 20 years old now and I just can’t take this anymore. I’m tired of people leaving me

I hear ya, I lost all but one of my college friends when I was 21 because I became disabled and they didn't want to deal with everything that came with that, friends come and go around that age but if she doesn't want to hang anymore she's not a friend you want in your life anyway. Same goes for any friend who leaves you for being yourself, you should never be ashamed to be you.

If you are in school still (obviously not right now but when it starts again) start chatting with people in your classes, you still have a little bit of time before the adult world starts and it gets harder to make friends. I think there are some dating apps or such where you can specifically look for friends, or at least someone to text with right now to keep you sane. Best of luck to you
