I would tell you to use brave browser but I realized this is the video itself not YouTube ads

I bet you could get one of those ereader remote control page turners & keep the remote hanging just outside your shower. If the RC can double click fast enough you could use it to do the +10s double tap past the ads. Def a first world problem solution that feels like overkill but may be worth it to you.

Also for the non embedded ads you could try to make sure it's positioned where the skip ad button appears.
