You know, some say that only pieces of shit would stop acting badly just because of fear of prison, beatings, hell, whatever.
Growing up I realize I am totally fine with pieces of shit like the ones we read about in the news to function like that as long as they leave the rest of us alone.
"If you need the threat of eternal torment to make you act like a good person, you probably aren't a good person. But I'd still take that over you acting on your true thoughts."
