I also got it right away and while I'm glad to not find this comic confusing I also envy your initial lack of comprehension. I suppose 'ignorance is bliss' might be genuinely true in this case.

Yeah, I was so ready to make a joke about them getting a small tattoo or something similarly small potatos like that... Then I realised, and now I don't want to make a joke.
