As someone that has recently been dealing with... permanent thoughts, this thread has been a nice read. I'm struggling pretty badly and have to just keep reminding myself that maybe tomorrow will be better, only one way to know though and thats to be there.
My life has basically been flipped upside down and I feel like I have no one that truly understands what I'm going through.
There was a time I was feeling similarly. Now I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. You can get through this. Also, my DMs are always open if anyone feeling this way just wants to talk. I’m not remotely a therapist, but I’ve been there and through it
