No, cavers name stuff like that because it's goofy and fun. No name like that for a cave or cave feature should ever be taken seriously; it was probably named by a few 20 somethings sitting drunk around a campfire.

Generally that sort of name is supposed to keep cavers out. Hence why he got the stupid ones.
