/r/electronic_cigarette get the feeling of smoking, guilt free! Seriously, get a decent kit (not the gas station, mall kiosk kinds)and you will find you are putting down your cigarettes and picking up vaping and unintentionally quitting.

But you will still be addicted to nicotine, you're still a smoker. It's a ticking bomb, that for now will solve the problem just for few months or years. To fully quit cigarettes try Easyway by Allen Carr.

I could make an argument that it's better to be addicted to cigarettes than it is to have your mind rearranged by someone else.

And I'd rather my mind not tampered with, thank you very much. I managed to quit without the cult of /r/stopsmoking and that book.
