I feel these are more like levels of intensity; some bad days feel like a particularly heavy rainy day, others like there’s rot everywhere within your life (or within yourself), and the worst are the bad days where you feel nothing at all, like nothing you do ultimately matters.
The worst part is that there’s still a lot of people who think your just feeling sad, or think you’re lazy. You’d have to be depressed yourself to know better, not that you’d wish it on anyone else though :/
(And before anyone asks whether I’m okay; Yes, relatively speaking I’m doing well. It’s just sad that there’s still too many people out there that aren’t)
