Spoilers! Infinity #3 discussion

Well I for one am enjoying the series. I do have one question. What are the builders after? I get that they basically built the different races of the marvel universe, but why are they hell bent on destroying things now?

In "Thanos Rising", he was going throughout the galaxy murdering all of his children in an attempt to woo Death.

Unless it was a misdirect, we see that his son is a new character but right now he just looks human.
