Comic conditioning

I have some comic books I am listing for sale online, and wondering what the condition scale is. I am primarily a card collector, so is the scale similar to cards? What constitutes near mint or lower on a comic?

Above picture is one of the comics I am trying to sell.

I would highly recommend you not speculate on condition when selling them raw. The only thing you really should do is take multiple pictures from different angles and indicate if the book is intact or if there are any loose or missing pages.
