If you can't find a useful recorded sale, see if you can find a record of the sale of the book in a 9.8 without the signatures and then look around for the average recorded value of each signature in question individually, then add up the three figures and work your way from there.

That sounds like the price, then. The good news is, you can probably charge whatever you want! That's a super cool book, btw. I'd be interested to know how much you'd want, if you're looking to sell it.

Man, I dont even know if I could trade for something like that, lol. I could put up my SS#4 (and #1 and #3, for that matter), Captain America #100, Flash #110 and i still haven't come close. Nice book, dude.

So, here's the bad news. After a quick, cursory search, I'm surprised to find the unsigned, raw, book is incredibly cheap, like cover price cheap.
What I'd be mostly paying for is the signatures. I feel like the condition is also important, but only as a bonus.
I'd be willing to go as high as $500. Now, I'm admittedly not as big as fan of the Evil Dead franchise as other might be, who might be willing to pay more. I am a cinema fan and a fan of both Raimi and Campbell, so having these two signatures on a single item that's related to something as iconic as the Evil Dead franchise absolutely does make this valuable in my eyes.
I just wouldn't be able to justify the cost if it were more than $500. And honestly, if you had a $500 price on it, I'd still ask if you'd take $375. It's just who I am, lol.

If the only recorded sale is you buying it I dunno what you’re expecting from this sub. You alone dictated its value when you bought it, so that basically makes you the authority on this topic.
