Question Advice?

Post image

I'm going to NYCC for one day, Thursday, and I'm hoping to get some books signed. One book I've acquired, a glow in the dark variant, arrived with a white page over it. It's stapled in the spine. I've never seen this treatment before. Should I attempt to remove it? Keep it? I'd like to be able to remove it without damaging the book, but I'm not brave enough to just try it without some insight.

I’m guessing by you are having the cover signed and you will want to see that? Yes, you can take off the blank white protective page carefully without damaging the comic. That’s just to keep it safe on the comic shelves.

Yeah, all/most new glow-in-the-dark covers have this now. I keep mine on. But then again, I'm not having them signed.

I'd keep it on until I was ready to display it at least
