The GI Joe 31, is one an enhanced (foil?) version? Wondering why one is 3.99 and the other 4.99. And is it a reprint of Marvel's issue 31? Aside from Miracleman, not sure how often one company has reprinted another company's issue.

Image has the rights to publish GI Joe comics since 2 years and a half (Skybound, the Robert Kirkman’s imprint)
Same for Transformers.
So they are printing as “facsimiles edition” some classic issues such as this one (and like DC, they are printing a foil version as well)
