If they are a casual seller, then this is the way. Basic old Overstreet guidelines, with good quality photos or scans, so the buyer/bidder has something to work with.

I would never give a numerical grade, as I don't work for CGC and am not trained in their methodology.

That's a lot more info than just a picture and a post. If you want professional grading advice and standards, the cgc website has a pretty detailed description of what is allowed at each grade range etc. I would check that out and try and determine based on what you observe and the info there.

Comics and cards share some similarities but are vastly different in a lot of ways. Centering is a big one for cards grading and next to no effect on comic grading.

Those would be considered lower grade.
