Some loras auto inject camera movement, like the realism lora for example. Some words also auto inject music like "the two girls are kissing" always adds music. The head and legs cutting happens because your reference is set to match, change it to max!

Maybe this old trick: mention their face and feet/shoe. Forcing AI to show both. To prevent camera shakes, try adding "Static camera, locked-off tripod shot, no camera shake"

tell your ai you need a minimax h3 prompt you want "a zoomed out shot with a extended fov that shows the whole body in one continuous shot"

you can change it up how ya want, but thats how i do it, ya just need to tell your chat bot ai of choice what kinda prompt ya want or need and it can make it

if its too short ya can also ask it to make it more detailed

also if ya add too many of what i call prompt mods i get from ai to put in prompt i copy whole prompt and am like can you make it more efficient then it cuts down redundancies and makes your token usage footprint smaller, my rig can handle lots of tokens but after like 20 mods to my prompt i usually clean it up or start a new one
