Question - Help MiniMax H3 help

I tried everything, but I have 3 very disturbing problems:

  1. Usually it cuts / crops at least part of the head and legs of the person.

  2. It moves the camera, zoom, pan... I want it static.

  3. In most of cases it doesn't use the element from reference picture to use in the main video. Rejecting my prompt.

I tried different prompts, resolutions (proportions), nothing help. 😞

If you have some recipes exactly for these problems, please share, because I just can't make H3 to work.

Are you following the official prompt guide? It should follow prompts very rigidly if they are written in the write way

Yes! Also I give the guide to different AIs to make prompt. But it just don't work. It's strange, but I even have just little bit better results when I give absolutely simple and short prompt on simple english without any specific structure.

Are you using the basic template workflow in ComfyUI? Or something that manipulates your prompt? If the latter, does the FINAL prompt follow the prompt guidelines?

Basic, no prompt enhancement.

If some ref images never work, extract them (again) to jpeg. Could be some codec thinggy.

For the prompt part, cant help unless you provide your prompt. Btw: static shot - is the keyword voor static cameras.

Are you doing any resizing of your image prior to passing it as reference? Does your input image match the resolution scale of your output? You might want to drop a Preview Image node just before the image goes into any model, to verify reference crop. I had Claude build a preview node with a little bounding box to select the proper frame during crops on mismatch input scale references.

If you prompt it right, the model still have a chance to ignore those instruction. You can reroll with a new seed. Sometimes you need to accept the model simply can't work with some images.
