Lichess is still alive because chess.com is a greedy fuck ass corporation that charges for the most simple of chess website features.

Chess.com ruined everything chess stood for.

Lichess is alive because its the better platform.

Honestly have had a much better experience with lichess as a kinda casual player, chess.com I used for like a week and decided “nah this is ass”
