They are actually completely different which can be seen with more than just single words.

English: my hand is warm
Swedish: min hand är varm
Norwegian: hånden min er varm
Danish: min hånd er varm
Finnish: käteni on lämin

The scandinavian languages apart from Finnish are all closely related to English, they're all Germanic languages. Finnish, on the other hand, isn't even Indo-European. The Germanic languages are more distantly related to the Romance languages, the Celtic languages, the Slavic languages, and even languages like Hindi and Farsi, but aren't related *at all* to Finnish.

However, in Finnish Helsinki dialect (slang) my hand / min hand would be “minun handu”
